      Limo Party Bus Rules & Policies

      General Rules

1. No Underage Drinking – All passengers must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Valid ID may be required.
2. No Illegal Substances – Possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
3. No Smoking/Vaping – Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the vehicle.
4. No Weapons – Firearms or other weapons are strictly prohibited.
5. No Standing While Vehicle Is in Motion – For your safety, remain seated while the bus is moving.
6. Respect the Driver – The chauffeur has the right to terminate service without refund for unruly or unsafe behavior.
7. Music & Volume – Keep the volume at a reasonable level. Excessive noise disturbing others may lead to early termination of service.
8. Food & Drink – Food and beverages are allowed, but you are responsible for any mess or spills. 

     Fees & Charges

1. Excessive Cleaning Fee – $150+ if the vehicle requires more than standard cleaning due to spills, stains, or debris (confetti, food, glitter, etc.).
2. Biohazard Cleaning Fee – $150+ minimum if bodily fluids (vomit, urine, etc.) are present in the vehicle.
3. Damage to Interior/Exterior – Cost of repair or replacement.

              This includes:

• Broken lights
• Torn seats or upholstery
• Damaged sound system or TVs
• Scratches, dents, or graffiti

1. Smoking Fine – $250 if any smoking/vaping occurs inside the vehicle and service will be terminated immediately and there will be no refunds on the service.
2. Unauthorized Overtime – Charged in 15-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.
3. Lost Items – Not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please check your belongings before exiting.

      Timing & Booking Policies

1. Grace Period – 15-minute grace period for pick-up and drop-off. After that, overtime fees may apply.
2. Deposit – A deposit of $100 is required to secure your reservation on totals under $1,000. A deposit of $200 is required if total is more than $1,000.
3. Balance Due- All balances must be paid 14 days prior to event date.
4. Cancellation Policy – Full refund if canceled 30 days in advance.
5. Credit card payments- A 3% fee will be charged for all credit card payments. 
6. Gratuity- You can add gratuity to your total bill on credit card or pay cash directly to the driver. We ask that you tip the driver the standard 20% as they do work for tips.

    Client Responsibility

• The client assumes full financial liability for any damage or violations caused by passengers during the rental period.
• The rental agreement holder must ensure all passengers understand and agree to these rules.
